How do I request a return?

Email [email protected] with your order number, the item name, and the reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.

What details should I include?

Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, the item you want to return, and any relevant notes about the condition of the parcel.

How long does the review take?

We aim to review return requests within a few business days. If we need more information, we will contact you by email.

How do I check my order status?

Go to Track my order, enter the email used at checkout, and sign in with your verification code to view the latest order status.

What statuses will I see?

Your order may show statuses such as Payment received, Packed, Shipped, or Delivered.

Why do I need a verification code?

We use a verification code to help protect your order information without requiring a full password-based account system.

I did not receive my code.

In this demo version, verification codes are generated locally. On a live version, the code would be delivered through the email system connected to your store.
